Dr. Clark and his staff are so nice! I came in with excruciating jaw pain and he fit me for a device to have ready for me the following day. He was so kind to work with my budget as well. I liked his sense of humor and willingness to be my “hero” so that I don’t hurt anymore. Thank you!!

Dr. Clark is a dentist who created a device that is now seemingly his soul purpose to sell. As a sales person myself I felt the tactics from the moment we walked in the door when they chauffeured us into a room with a "doctor" who refused to pull his mask above his nose. Without ever looking at the patient in question without a mask on immediately claimed she had a confirmed diagnosis of TMJ and she was a perfect candidate for his devise. Throughout our 45 minute consultation he was condescending and brushed off any questions regarding the actual diagnoses, convinced that without any imaging or prior diagnosis *his* device would cure all. After the torture of this consultation he insisted imaging was needed. Thinking we could get the imaging, considering we had already wasted so much time may as well take the imaging, we were informed even though the girls at the front harped over our insurance details they DO NOT accept any insurance. They except you to pay the ridiculous charges up front and then "help" you file to maybe get some money back later. The fact he is only a dentist makes me thing no medical insurance would accept him anyway. Since our "consult" we have had appointments with an actual ortho and doctor specializing in TMJ only to discover it wasn't ever the issue. I have no doubt we would have lost thousands had to we stayed with the overblown timeshare salesman.
Everyone was very kind. Dr. Clark has a wonderful presentation to show and explain the type of work he does. He also has a kind presence about himself. I am glad I met all of them. I plan to go back.
