I absolutely was dissatisfied with the hotel. It smelled was dirty, had to wipe everything down. The floor was sticky and the sheets looked as if it was never washed. Not to mention how uncomfortable the mattress was I barely slept the entire night. I’m sorry but I would not recommend this hotel.
Day1. Get room it gets cold, heat dont work. They switched my room. Day2- day5 AC doesn't work at all. Tired of complaining. Day4. Key card doesn't work. I went down stairs a total of 3 times. Hotel attendant came up to reset the door in order for me to get in room. Later on I called the same day to complain about the noise upstairs. The noise got worse. She had a bunch of kids that were jumping off the beds. Running up and down. Already the padding has weakened so you can hear all the noise. No refund or anything has been given back. I've emailed corporate and no response since I've been home. I would never go back and my family as well. We were there for a family fun week on spring break. How can I and my kids enjoy ourselves with the things we were dealing with.
It was better than the last extended stay I stayed at. I've have stayed at 3 of them in the last 3 weeks for 5 days each. The service was decent, rooms appeared to be clean.
