I bought 2 Orange Chicken Bowls and let the girl know its way too much room when she placed the tops on. I also bought 2 items and they tried to charge me an extra $1.25 for an item I did not have. Poor service and the cost is way too much for the amount of food received. Never going back to that business.
"It's gonna be a 15 minute wait on the beef"... That should be this locations catch phrase. This wouldn't be a big issue, if the wait was actually only 15 minutes instead of the 40 minutes it always is.
I drive a big truck so I can't go through the drive-thru but the girls inside came out took my order brought my food and everything else that I needed and that was really really appreciative. I wish all the fast food restaurants we're like them..
There has been quite a few times where I would go to this Panda Express and have dealt with the most unprofessional service I could imagine at a fast food restaurant. I had taken my order with THE MANAGER and had asked for 2 orders of an appetizer, took me not only 15 minutes to receive my order with no warning about the estimated time other then the manager telling me “park there for your food.” When I had received my order I seen that I had only received one order of the appetizer and had informed the manager that I had asked for two and her reply was “I only put in one” and walked back inside the restaurant with no return. That is a prime example of horrible customer service skills and should not be tolerated especially when you hold the title “Manager” I would highly recommend some better training or better supervision for the whole team in this restaurant as it very much lacks Professionalism, Customer Service and a Optimistic Leader.
