Quiet and maintained rather nicely. Except a garbage management dispenser that is always overflowing on the ground.
Maintenance needs a new staff. Mrs. Helda is very sweet and kind. She gets the job done and stays on her staff.
I am currently going on my second year here. The first year was not great. The management was horrendous. There was some one new there almost every week so nothing you asked for was ever accomplished. They do have Ms. Sherry as manager now and she seems to be trying to clean house. She is doing an excellent job! As far as the complex it is very clean and quiet. Love our neighbors and there is a nice daycare at the front of the property. Parking could be a little better but we just got the forms for parking stickers so things are looking up!
I don't live there but my daughter and grandkids do.. They seem to like the apartment very much..
