We had a wonderful experience with Tim. We needed remediation quickly as we were selling our home. Not only did Tim respond to my call immediately,but he also was able to complete the work quickly and efficiently. Tim demonstrated a professional demeanor with an abundance of knowledge in this field. He explained a lot to us about radon, systems, readings and relevant laws and guidelines. We would recommend him to anyone in need or radon remediation.
Tim was very knowledgeable when he came out to give us the estimate for remediation. He answered any questions we had and explained thoroughly what would be done. On the day of installation Ryan, the installer, was extremely helpful and professional. He explained what they would be doing and kept us informed the entire time. Our basement was left cleaned and the installation went smoothly. We would highly recommend Timothy Musser to anyone needing radon remediation.
Everything from start to finish was great! This was the first job I ever had done in the first house I ever bought and am very happy how everything turned out. Tim's estimate was quick and even a bit less than our inspector had guessed it was going to cost us. Ryan was the one to do the installation and he was very friendly and even quicker than I expected! I had a great experience using them to fix our radon problem and would highly recommend them!
Tim was prompt in arriving for our estimate and was professional. I had left a voicemail with their office questioning the status of the estimate but received no call back and so we decided to move forward with a different provider. We did receive an estimate more than a week after his visit but we needed a more immediate result.
This was the second time I have purchased a system from Tim (our previous house and now our new one). In our first house, the fan lasted the whole 11 years we lived there without a problem. Tim takes the time to listen to your concerns and plan for your home specifically. He installer was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of a radon system.
